Get ready, Glasgow! HYROX – the ultimate fitness race – will be visiting the city from March 13-16th, 2025 at Scottish Event Campus, Exhibition Way, Glasgow, G3 8YW to celebrate a four-day fitness extravaganza with competition and unity in its Open, Doubles, Pro, and Relay. Elite15 athletes will participate from around the world competing for the win, setting this to be one-of-a-kind fitness event in the world.
Event Overview: What is HYROX?
HYROX is a worldwide fitness competition that involves running combined with function workout stations. Participants undergo:
1 km run followed by
1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
Hyrox races are held indoors in big venues that offer a quite dynamic, electrifying atmosphere for contestants and spectators alike. The race format remains standardized across the globe to accommodate professional athletes along with fitness enthusiasts.
